That moment when you realize that no one that lives near you is your friend. At least like they used to be. Be it that they're at a different stage in their life than I am. Or that they're so super busy. Or they've moved away to college. Or they don't want to be my friend anymore because they don't believe my medical problems are real. SOOO yeah.
