For those of you who read this.
I'm so incredibly sorry!!
LIKE REALLY.
I AM.
HONEST.
My weeks have gone from nothing. Nothing. And more nothing. With a side of babysitting, to Monday being my day of rest than Tuesday I sleep in and prepare for a study I'm in. Yes. I said study. I'm now a physical therapy and behavioral. medicine guinea pig for fibromyalgia. Yay! That means for the next six weeks or so, ( I'm about two weeks in) I'll be busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays. AND they have the nerve to give us homework! Hahaha. I say this jokingly because its all supposed to help me. But it's the beginning right now so I'm just exhausted. And any sort of life I had before the study has been thrown out of the window for this.
So as I was saying. Mondays I now spend saving my energy for Tuesdays. But the past few Mondays I've ventured out and been brave enough to walk to my friends houses. This usually ends in exhaustion at the end of Monday and early Tuesday though.
Then Tuesday starts with a late start and easing into getting ready to leave for the study. Which doesn't start until 4. Then I usually veg out the rest of the night.
Wednesday is a big recovery day and I spend it sleeping, mustering the energy to stretch and forcing myself up the stairs to shower so I don't have to take as long of one on Thursday. Some times I feel okay on Wednesday evenings. Other times not. Weather has been a big factor lately.
Thursday I'm supposed to babysit, but I haven't been able to the past two Thursdays from stress and weather related migraines. So if I don't end up babysitting, I usually sleep in and then have the same routine as Tuesday.
Fridays and Wednesdays are similar but Fridays usually have more soreness from the previous study days of physical therapy.
The weekend, depending on how I feel can either be very productive and social, or be spent indoors and kept to myself.
Welp.
There's an in-depth explanation as to why I haven't been writing, and I hope to get back on here about once a week.
Fingers Crossed.
Yours Truly,
The Opinionated Wallflower.
